WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO EXERCISE?

Let me share another weightloss secret of mine…
THE BEST TIME TO EXERCISE IS:
When you don’t feel like exercising!
Yep- those mornings when you don’t feel like getting up at 4h15 for your 5am session, those Saturday mornings when you hear the birds chirping and runners passing by, those Sunday ‘nap-time’ or when you’re simply having a bad day.
[This pic was taken on Sunday afternoon, and that day my heart was in pieces and for a brief moment I questioned my entire existence and going to gym was the last thing on mind but once I got there and got started, besides the release of feel-good hormones during exercise, I remembered just what a warrior I am and that I was going to be okay. I am not alone, God has a plan for me…and I pushed through.]
The mind likes to play tricks with you because it feels safe in its comfort zone…and that is one thing you must always keep in mind, when you commit to your weightloss goal, or any goal for that matter- YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE TO GET OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE…How else would you challenge yourself.
If you’re not used to it, it’s okay- the greatest athletes never get ‘used’ to a routine, if they do, they’re setting themselves up for failure, so they always push harder with every practice. Because if you keep doing what you’re doing, you will keep seeing the same result and to get the result we’ve never had before, we have to do what we’ve never done before.
