WHAT I EAT ON A TYPICAL DAY

Many people always ask me what I eat while some blatantly assume that I don’t eat at all 😂
This is a typical non- training day for me…on training days I add a protein smoothie and another snack.
I eat fruits and drink water throughout the day…and a cup or 3 black coffee a day (that’s just me- lovin a cuppa long time😋)
B/fast: Rolled oats with cinnamon and yoghurt sometimes with some berries and almonds.
Snack: Whole-wheat crackers and pure nut butter
Lunch: Chicken/ beef sosaties and green salad (dinner left overs)
Dinner: Chicken /fish on a bed of leafy greens or green beans
I get a feeling I eat a lot more than most😉😂
Don’t deprive yourself or skip meals to cut calories. Eat MORE wholesome foods. Eat mindfully. Love every moment and appreciate your meal (many don’t have this privilege). Eat🍴 Pray 🙏 Love 💝
