I take it today is the day you started on your healthy lifestyle journey…you know the one you said you’re going to start on Monday…well, today IS Monday! 😉
For some it’s going to be a life changing journey and for others…well life happened and today is just not that Monday.
What challenges are you facing getting started? Maybe you didn’t prep and didn’t have the right breakfast, maybe you forgot and accidentally had your morning coffee with 3 spoons of sugar or maybe you were just too tired from all the soccer runs this weekend that you couldn’t wake up early enough to pack a healthy lunch (been there) … that’s OK. Really, it’s okay.
3 months from now your body is not going to care whether you started Monday morning or Monday evening or Tuesday afternoon. The result will be the same…why? Because you started. So, don’t put so much pressure on Monday – Monday is just another day to be grateful that you’re still in one piece.
